Elettaria cardamomum seed essential oil: Cardamom is a spice with an intense, slightly sweet flavour sometimes compared to mint. The scent of cardamom oil is known to promote clarity, motivation, focus, courage and confidence.

Citrus sinensis fruit peel essential oil: Orange oil is extracted from the rind of the sweet orange through cold-pressing which uses pressure to squeeze the oils from the rind of the fruit. It has a sweet scent and works well as a base for any essential oil formulation.

Mentha X pipertia leaf essential oil: This cooling and refreshing essential oil has a

Directions:

Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding the other nostril closed.

Repeat every 2-3 hours should you required.
